Coordinate operations and student support services for the 1Capen Student Services Center.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of university policies, procedures, and services related to student success.
Provide empathetic and accurate responses to student inquiries and challenges.
Collaborate with departments such as Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar, UB Card, Student Health Insurance, Veterans Benefits, and Parking & Transportation.
Make timely referrals to campus and community resources including Counseling, Tutoring, Academic Support, and Writing Centers.
Supervise students, manage communications, administer center technology, data reporting, and third party billing.
Support special projects and events such as semester start-up and student orientation.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently.
Minimum qualifications include an associate's degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and high-level customer service orientation.
Salary range: $51,261 - $53,000; full-time professional appointment with the University at Buffalo.
