Required qualifications: Master’s degree with 2+ years advising experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of advising/counseling experience; strong verbal and written communication skills; experience working with diverse populations; dedication to inclusion, equity, and social justice.

Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in college student personnel services, counseling or related field; familiarity with online information, presentation technologies, and student records systems.

Position type: Full-time, permanent, exempt professional staff; union affiliation PSA/NEA with Grade Level 10 and anticipated hiring salary of $60,000.
