Regent University is hiring an Academic Advisor I to guide Graduate and Undergraduate students from acceptance through graduation within the Academic Advising department. The role covers transfer credit review, course selection, and academic forms processing, plus pre-degree clearance audits ahead of graduation. Advisors also track student progress, run workshops on student success, and liaise with the Registrar's office on credit and transcript matters.

- Advise Graduate and Undergraduate students on transfer credits, course selection, and course requirements
- Process academic forms such as petitions, add/drop, readmission, and withdrawal requests
- Conduct pre-degree clearance audits and final degree clearance advising for graduation
- Liaise with the Registrar's office on credit and transcript research
- Monitor students' academic progress, including admission status and academic standing
- Design and present workshops or seminars supporting student success
- Work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, with remote-work capability during inclement weather
- Bachelor's degree or 60+ college-level credits, with prior academic advising experience preferred
- Work across CRM, Microsoft Suite, Canvas, Cognos, and Degree Works systems
- $40,000 annual salary
