Manages academic advising, progress-to-degree monitoring, and support services including virtual and in-person advising.
Administers admissions decisions for transfer and change of major students.
Coordinates department honors applications and degree certification processes.
Handles academic contracts, probation cases, petitions, and various student academic forms.
Uses software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM, and UF's Student Information System (SIS).
Collects and analyzes enrollment, graduation, and admission data to support department reporting.
Supports student engagement events and serves on related university committees.
Requires a master's degree in education, counseling, or related field with one year of experience or a bachelor's degree with two years of experience.
Expected salary range: $62,000 - $65,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
