- Provide academic consulting for students, including complex transcript evaluation and academic problem resolution
- Review student grade reports each semester to determine probation or suspension status
- Coordinate admission and graduation requests with other university units
- Assist faculty, athletic coaches, and counseling personnel with academic data and records
- Develop and implement advisement and recruitment programs and materials
- May supervise subordinate or student staff and participate in evaluative sessions
- Required education: Associate's Degree + 7 years experience or Bachelor's Degree + 5 years experience
- Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree, previous college-level academic advising experience, bilingual English/Spanish
- Salary target: $53,165.80 annually
- Work schedule: Standard weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends
