Manage and grow the Pharmacy Early Assurance Program through outreach, tracking, and strategic development.
Coordinate the Gator Pharmacy Exploration Camp (GPEC) including planning, application review, staff supervision, and on-site execution.
Develop relationships with university partners and departments to enhance student recruitment and program visibility.
Represent the College of Pharmacy at university events such as preview programs, career fairs, and orientation seminars.
Maintain accurate student records and reporting data in Salesforce ensuring FERPA compliance.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
Preferred skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience in higher education.
Compensation range is $50,000 to $55,000 annually with comprehensive state-sponsored benefits including health insurance and retirement options.
