Highlights

Review medical, psychoeducational, psychological, and other disability documentation to prepare for student accommodation meetings.
Meet with students individually to determine appropriate accommodations using the interactive process.
Provide ongoing advisement to a caseload of students with disabilities and act as liaison between students, faculty, and staff.
Facilitate course alteration analyses with faculty and student input.
Coordinate accommodation services such as note-taking, auxiliary aides, reader and scribe services, interpreter services, testing accommodations, and assistive technology.
Support Disability Resource Center and Access Technology Center via training and orientation for faculty, staff, and students.
Develop and implement programs promoting disability inclusion and identity models.
Maintain confidentiality in records and communications.
Stay current on disability field developments, case law, and professional training.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, 2+ years experience working with people with disabilities preferably in education, and skills in reviewing documentation, collaboration, problem solving, and effective communication.
Salary range from $40,814 to $46,350 annually.
