As an account lead for SCADpro, the university’s boutique creative consultancy, you will concentrate on business development, account management, the creation and production of select presentations, and digital and print collateral. You will develop, plan, and oversee key partnerships for the department across all SCAD academic programs and provide internal and external stakeholders with logistical support. Responsibilities include the development and delivery of professional presentations, coordination of meetings and tours with partners, and the management, implementation, and assessment of initiatives. Among other duties, you will track initiative outcomes, supervise student workers, and handle communications related to collateral production. Additionally, you will facilitate training events to help the SCAD community understand department expectations and processes for successful partnerships.

As a creative, adaptable problem-solver, they possess exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, along with a commitment to the student learning experience. They can also create and deliver professional presentations with multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of experience within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Management experience with complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders
- Experience in student mentorship, customer service, and sales

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
