Responsibilities 
  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
  • Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities.
  • Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
  • May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

Requirements 
  • Proven Negotiation skillsets 
  • Sales experience minimum of 3-5 years
  • Able to operate on an operational, tactical and strategic level. 
  • Proven track record selling technology and solutions with experience working in a management role desirable. 
  • Self-motivated and driven. 
  • Proven communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. 
  • Experienced in working in a global and highly matrixed organization. 

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New Jersey $74,074 - $118,326. Total Target Cash Range: $113,960 - $182,040. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $68,900 - $114,800, the total target cash range is $105,900 - $176,600.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200, Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
