About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager responsible for mainly New Sales. You’ll be managing a portfolio of clinical solutions for hospitals and healthcare services across your own region. This is a chance to be part of something meaningful — helping healthcare and improving patient outcome with the latest tools and content.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth across white‑space accounts.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customers, working closely with sales colleagues to convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on performance, providing clear, regular updates to clients and leadership to ensure visibility and alignment.

Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with structured solution‑selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Franklin Covey, or Miller Heiman.
  • Strong sales and negotiation capability, with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in consultative selling within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage C‑suite stakeholders and articulate value clearly.
  • Strategic, highly organised thinker able to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously without compromising execution.
