Responsibilities: 
  • Perform the month-end and year-end accounting close process, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Prepare financial schedules and ensure that it is accurate and maintained in accordance with US GAAP
  • Assist with preparing financial statements for dissemination to senior management and other third parties as needed
  • Identify, design, and implement AI-driven improvements and automate key accounting functions
  • Support procurement process, vendor management, and employee expense reports
  • Perform various projects such as research, special projects, and analysis as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experience using AI agents, such as Claude and ChatGPT
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in accounting
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software and Concur is a plus
  • Deep analytical skills and attention to detail; able to multi-task on multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
 
The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is below. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Total Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000 USD
