Highlights

  • Conduct monthly financial reviews and produce departmental financial reports by established deadlines.
  • Coordinate effort reporting in partnership with the College Research Core and serve as liaison for grant-related financial issues.
  • Oversee inventory management and property tracking in collaboration with college asset managers.
  • Maintain space allocation data and assist with annual space certifications.
  • Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus one year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred skills include knowledge of PeopleSoft, University of Florida policies, Microsoft Suite, fiscal experience, and strong communication abilities.
  • Salary range is $60,465 - $68,795, commensurate with education, skills, and experience, with an extensive benefits package offered.
  • The position reports to the Assistant Director of Administrative Services and serves as a key resource within the Epidemiology department.
