Highlights

Generate invoices and reconcile payable contracts, particularly Shands 1/12th contracts.
Serve as primary contact for accounts payable with TD Bank and resolve related issues.
Maintain and monitor a database of real property leases for the College of Medicine.
Required: Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
Preferred skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Dynamics SL, PN3 interface, PeopleSoft, and bookkeeping principles.
Expected salary range: $54,000 - $59,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience.
