The role manages departmental core facilities' funds for the Clinical Research Alliance and the ACTG Leadership and Operations Center, completing monthly reconciliations, billing, receivables management, collection activities, travel and supply expenditures oversight, and supporting various projects and reports.

Manage and oversee core facilities' financial accounts and funds for NIH-funded projects and industry partners.
Prepare and review monthly reconciliation reports ensuring compliance with university policy.
Manage invoice collections and accounts receivable aging reports to facilitate collections.
Oversee administrative duties including ordering supplies and maintenance contracts for equipment.
Develop action plans to address financial and procedural deficiencies.
Proficiency required in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Minimum qualification: high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of accounting experience or equivalent training.
Preferred experience includes knowledge of university financial systems, accounting standards compliance, financial reporting, and supervisory skills.
Position is time-limited for 1 year with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
