  • Administer the donated sick leave program ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Communicate leave rights and responsibilities clearly to employees and deliver training for managers and HR representatives.
  • Participate in policy development and campus advisory committees related to leave and accommodation practices.
  • Required qualifications include substantial HR experience or relevant degree, knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, Workers' Compensation laws, strong communication skills, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years experience in ADA or leave administration and relevant certifications such as ADA certification or SHRM/HRCI credentials.
  • The position reports to the Director of Employee and Labor Relations and interacts with departments including Human Resources Business Partners, Benefits, Payroll, Workers’ Compensation, Civil Rights, and Legal Counsel.
