  • Required qualifications include substantial human resources experience, knowledge of employment law (ADA, FMLA, PWFA), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of ADA and/or leave administration experience and relevant HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, or ADA certification).
  • Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications; benefits eligible.
  • Supports Montana State University’s Bozeman campus, Agricultural Experiment Stations, and Extension Service.
  • The position reports to the Director of Employee and Labor Relations and requires high confidentiality and discretion.
