As an Admin Coordinator, you will: Oversee operations for the department of Agronomy and Horticulture administrative office to ensure cooperation, effective and efficient communication, and governance, and a high level of customer service. Provide a high level of assistance in the academic and administrative support, as well as personnel management areas for the unit. Coordinate and complete special projects, as needed, and provide advanced administrative support to the Department Head and Associate Department Head.

Minimum Required Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus two years’ administrative experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Working knowledge of PC-based word processing (presentation, publishing, survey instrument) and spreadsheet software programs. Strong working knowledge of standard office practices and University policies and procedures. Strong written and oral communication skills.
