Responsibilities  | Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director – Administration Management- Management of department administrative staff including recruitment, retention, and daily operations leadership.
- Oversight of department policies and procedures including development, maintenance, updates.
- Coordination of building and department emergency preparedness program
- Management of Moran on-line communication tools (Pulse, Sharepoint, etc.) and associated department wide information such as policies and organizational charts
- Assist senior leadership with basic building operations as assigned including parking services liaison, building security (C-Cure) updates, general meeting and customer service needs.

Minimum Qualifications  | EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT:
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Manager, Administration Management: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience. Senior Manager, Administration Management: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 8 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience.

Associate Director, Administration Management: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 10 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 8 years of directly related work experience.
Preferences  | 5+ years experience in an academic health care setting working with physician faculty.
