Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, the incumbent assists with the administrative duties of the Office of Academic and Student Affairs.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, the incumbent assists with the administrative duties of the Office of Academic and Student Affairs. Assists with processing and assigning GSAPP rooms, process awards, composes correspondence including typing letters and distribution, data processing, provide information over the phone and in person, assists with student inquiries, and performs other administrative tasks associated with Academic and Student Affairs.
Provides general administrative support to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma and/or its equivalent. A minimum of three years of related experience.
Ability to work in the environment of an executive office and possess mature judgment, tack and discretion. Ability to be flexible and work well with a broad constituency required.
Excellent computer and communication skills required. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Drive and Adobe Creative Suite.

Some college preferred
