 I. DEPARTMENT INFORMATION 
Job Description Summary:  | GW Temps s is GW’s in-house temporary staffing service. Our temporary staff are assigned throughout the GW campuses in a variety of roles. Temporary assignments can range from one day to many months and can be part-time or full-time. Administrative GW Temps support offices, staff, and executives by performing a variety of tasks that may include answering phones, drafting memos, proof reading, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, tracking expenses, arranging travel, coordinating events, updating social media accounts, program and project management, interacting with students, faculty, and staff, and fulfilling special assignments and projects.

We have temporary assignments as administrative assistants, executive assistants, operation managers, receptionists, data entry assistants, event coordinators, program assistants, and other administrative and operation roles.

These positions are on site, five days a week.
Minimum Qualifications:  | Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/ GED, or, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. The degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
