Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.  | Must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent Must have extensive knowledge of and experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office software (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).

Job Description  | The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit.

Job Duties  | Maintain graduate student tracking system Develop a system for keeping track of and implementing program coordination tasks Process Graduate College and other university administration-related forms Coordinate orientations, recruitment, and other graduate student activities and events; process hiring and travel for graduate students Maintain office supplies and equipment Assign office space and monitor Hill House facility Maintain graduate program webpages and Canvas sites Perform other duties as assigned by master’s and doctoral program coordinators and Director.
