Position Summary:Â Â Â Â Â Â | The Administrative & Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Deanâs Office, undergraduate and graduate programs, and academic leadership at the Sy Syms School of Business. This role serves as a central hub for faculty, students, and staff, managing academic operations, communications, events, data reporting, budgeting, and departmental coordination across functional areas. This position is based on the Beren Campus in midtown Manhattan. The coordinator position requires flexibility in work hours, including occasional evenings and Sundays to support events, open houses, and program activities. The role requires a high degree of independence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced academic, while handling sensitive information with discretion. |

Scope & Working Relationships This role works closely with the Dean of the Sy Syms School of Business undergraduate program, the Head of Sy Syms Graduate Programs, the Head of Administration at Sy Syms, academic leadership, faculty, staff, and students across departments and campuses. The position operates with a high level of autonomy and serves as a key coordinator of academic and operational functions, without direct supervisory responsibilities. |
