Job Summary | The UK College of Medicine (COM) Office of Philanthropy seeks a professional administrative support associate to join our growing team. The administrative associate will report to the Senior Director of Philanthropy and will provide assistance to the Philanthropy team supporting the college’s departments, centers, and institutes.
This position directly interacts with senior level executives across the enterprise as well as our high-level donors. The administrative associate will be someone of high ethical standards who is able to communicate and represent UKHC and the COM, as well as adhere to standards of confidentiality and professionalism. The administrative associate will have good communication and time management skills, be organized and detailed oriented.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Multi-tasking, attention to detail, trustworthy, can maintain confidential information, ability to manage very complex schedules; make good decisions based on meeting times and locations.
