Job Summary  | UK Innovate seeks a highly qualified candidate to fill the role of R&D Partnerships Coordinator. This position will work directly with UK Innovate staff and faculty to support data management, input and some program admin coordination for our TC and R&D Partnerships teams, and to support growth in R&D Partnerships industry extension invoicing.

Job Duties and Responsibilities· Coordinate and schedule in-person or virtual meetings for the R&D Partnerships team, including room space booking as neededo Attend meetings as needed to record meeting minutes and action items· Coordinate, schedule and lead logistics for on-campus or off-campus meetings with external partners· Support data entry for new R&D Partnerships contacts, opportunities and reporting in Salesforce, including OneUK partnerships· Support administrative tasks associated with R&D Partnerships programs such as the Industry Extension Program, Expert Connect Program, Estate Whiskey Alliance & KY BIO Alliance including:o Collection and preparation of requisite documentationo Request, collect and archive signed copies of requisite documentation with internal and external partnerso Use standard templates to generate invoices, track and monitor paymentso Provide reports as needed· Provide administrative support for UK Innovate finance and compliance including data entry, process documentation and other documentation tasks
