Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Student and Customer Service
  • Provide admissions and general information to prospective and current students, as well as the public, both in person and by phone.
  • Represent CWI with professionalism and care, ensuring every interaction supports a positive student experience.
  • Participate in student events and outreach activities throughout the year to promote engagement and access.
Manage Accurate and Efficient Admissions Processing
  • Review, process, and audit all incoming admissions documents with precision and timeliness.
  • Track missing or incomplete materials and follow up with applicants to ensure application completeness.
  • Maintain data integrity by accurately entering and updating information in the student information system.
Organize Workflows and Priorities to Support Department Goals
  • Coordinate daily tasks and resources to meet processing deadlines.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on efficiency, quality, and student success.

What We're Looking For: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level coursework or an associate degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a professional office, customer service, or administrative support role. Experience working in a college admissions, student services, or related higher education setting is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel locally between campus sites as needed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
Additional Instructions for Applicants:
*Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
