RCC seeks applicants for the Admissions and Records Technician position. This is a full-time, classified staff position. RCC has an excellent benefits package, and the anticipated salary will be no less than $44,000, commensurate with experience. This position will be located on the Warsaw campus.
Reporting to the College Registrar, the Admissions and Records Technician will provide assistance and information to current and prospective students, faculty, and staff as well as support the College Registrar with daily student registration operations. This position focuses on student registration for the Dual Enrollment, Nursing and Haynesville Correctional Institute programs. The incumbent will process registration to admit students, update student registration and records, post grades, prepare transfer evaluations, and provide transcript services. This role will also assist the College Registrar with graduation activities, development of the academic calendar, admissions and records forms, and updates of policies and procedures. The Admission and Records Technician will interpret policy and exercise independent judgment and decision making in the application of college and VCCS policies.
