Job SummaryECTC is seeking an Admissions Coordinator III to provide administrative support in the Welcome Center and Admissions.
Job Duties:Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Process all incoming admissions applications and evaluate the application process for efficiency and effectiveness as the application load continues to expand.
• Assist prospective students/applicants answer questions through various communication methods.
• Process incoming transcripts and incoming admissions forms completed by students. Retrieve student’s transcripts from Student Clearing House and Parchment.
• Correspond with applicants on admission status, orientation, and registration information.
• Complete data entry changes to include home campus, address, and change of major requests.
• Resolve problems and duplicate ID issues by submitting tickets to system office staff.
• Assist in planning and development of the registration process and ensure a smooth process for students.
• Assist in the coordination of office and event coverage when extended hours of operation are required and during scheduled vacations etc.
• Assist as needed in answering incoming calls, processing faxed communications and assisting walk-in guests/students.
• Assist with Blackboard Knowledge base updates, tickets, etc.
• Maintain stock of office supplies, college publications, and recruitment packets, and schedule campus tours.
• Assist with supervision of work studies and temps, workloads, timesheets, and coordination of work schedules.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:Associate degree and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent.
