  • Develop and implement recruitment and communication strategies for assigned territory, plan and execute recruitment events and visits.
  • Utilize CRM and other marketing tools to engage prospective students via text, email, and phone.
  • Analyze institutional recruitment and testing data to target recruitment efforts effectively.
  • Maintain professional development through self-directed learning and training sessions.
  • Assist with other duties to support university enrollment, recruitment, and student service objectives.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree; two or more years of college admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be available for frequent overnight and weekend travel during fall and spring semesters.
  • Compensation is $18.27 per hour and the position is non-exempt, full-time regular.
