| Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled at public relations and public presentation, knowledge of CRM programs for tracking from inquiry to enrollment, and knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies. Excellent presentation, communication skills, and an ability to articulate the value of USCB enrollment and degrees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the internet a must. Must be willing to travel in and out of state extensively. Able to drive and; must be insurable. |
| Job Duty | Creates a strategic plan for attracting students from special populations, to include, but not limited to, military and international students. Sets goals for assigned populations regarding inquiries, applications, campus visitors, accepted students, and enrolled students. Makes travel arrangements and manages travel schedule within travel budget. Position could travel a minimum of 5-7 weeks in the fall and a minimum of 2-3 weeks in the spring, attending college fairs and private visits to targeted schools. |
