Due to our rapid growth in North America, we are looking for an Admissions Officer to help us expand our impact to more students.

The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.

This is a full-time remote position, based in US, Canada or Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting consultations for prospective families within your target area
  • Responding to inbound enquiries in a timely manner to nurture leads and schedule consultations
  • Achieving monthly sales targets for new and returning families
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
  • Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more
  • Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales
  • Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars
  • Researching potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnerships
  • Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends

You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Graduate from a reputable college or university
  • Excellent previous sales track record
  • Strong storytelling skill and experience public speaking
  • Interest in working with families and students to connect them to the best online learning program
  • An interest in changing the world through education!
  • Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone

Experience that would be useful in this role:
  • Salesforce
  • Understanding of or experience with US/UK Private school admissions
