Schedule: | We are seeking students who can work in-person up to 20 hours per week over the summer, and 10-12 hours per week during the school year. Flexibility for increased hours during high volume peaks in the application season is a plus, but not required. Shifts will occur between 8:15am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday. One evening per month is required for mandatory staff meetings. Preference is given to students who are available to work in Madison over the summer and will continue at UW-Madison for at least three consecutive semesters. |

Qualifications: | -Previous experience working in customer service or with the public is preferred -UW-Madison Undergraduate student in good academic standing -We are looking for students who can start this summer and will continue at UW-Madison for at least three consecutive semesters. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: | -Effective communicator, including written and oral communication skills |
Position Summary/Job Duties: | Admissions Representatives assist prospective students and families with questions about how to apply, admissions requirements, deadlines, application materials, as well as campus visits and general information about the University. |
