Salary Range: $26.50-$28.50/hr

Work Mode: This position requires regular in-person presence on campus and at alternative locations, depending on class schedule and other assigned duties.

Position Summary
The Adult Basic Education/GED® instructor is responsible for providing multi-level class instruction to adult learners in Social Studies, Science, Math and Language Arts to improve basic skills and/or prepare for a GED® credential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Classroom teaching experience with a minimum of 1-year experience teaching Adult Basic Education or GED required
  • Ability to teach all subject areas using differentiated instruction
  • Experience incorporating technology to deliver instruction
