Department Summary
The UNT Dallas Office of Advancement, part of the UNT Division of University Advancement, focuses on cultivating relationships, soliciting contributions, and providing stewardship to support the university's growth and success through philanthropy and engagement.
Position Overview
The Advancement Coordinator will provide campus wide support for processing donations and accounts receivable payments.
This role is responsible for gift entry and receipting, assisting with gift reconciliations, prospect research to advance fundraising activities, team coordinator, and events support.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or four years of related professional experience.

Job Duties
Performs timely and accurate data entry of donor data and gift information into the Raiser's Edge database.Analyze gifts to determine appropriate fund, donor intent, and stewardship.Coordinates gift deposits and monthly reconciliation with the Budget Office and Controller Office to ensure accuracy between accounting, budget, and donor databases.Generates gift receipts and coordinates donor acknowledgment materials.Support the VP of Advancement with donor research, maintains a log for donor engagement, and assist with events.Set up gift pledges and process and send out pledge reminders.Generates fundraising and constituent reports from the Raiser's Edge database.Participate in annual audit.

Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.Lifting and Moving objects up to 20 pounds.Communicating with others to exchange information.
