With over 350 students in the Professional Sales major, and only one part-time advisor, your support is essential in managing inquiries and ensuring students are directed to the right resources. Your advising responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, data entry, calling and emailing students about degree requirements, booking appointments, copying, filing, preparing flyers and handouts, maintaining accurate and organized records and communications, and email distribution. On occasion, you will act as a receptionist for the advisor and the Professional Sales department. You may assist other faculty and staff with similar duties and projects.
The position is part-time at 20 hours per week, which you may schedule anytime between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Required Qualifications | Current WSU Freshman through Junior Professional Sales students, phone/email etiquette and social media experience with content creation, familiar with Adobe Office Suite or Microsoft.
