- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Assist with facilitating key agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring these events are productive, collaborative, and valuable.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Encourage and help teams reflect on their performance, identifying areas for improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration and open communication within delivery teams, ensuring that teams are working effectively together and that any issues are raised and addressed.
- Assist in Agile Metrics Tracking: Help monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for agile teams, such as velocity, lead time, and cycle time, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coaching and Learning: Actively learn from senior coaches and mentors, observing best practices, shadowing experienced agile coaches, and gradually taking on more coaching responsibilities over time.
- Support Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with engaging product owners, team members, and stakeholders, helping to align priorities and expectations and ensure teams have the support they need to succeed.
- Promote Agile Culture: Assist in cultivating a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation across delivery teams and within the wider organization.

- Experience in software development or project management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
