We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Agile Coach to join our growing agile transformation team. In this role, you will support the coaching and facilitation of agile practices, helping delivery teams become high-performing, collaborative, and self-sufficient. What you'll do:
  • Assist in Agile Delivery Coaching: Support senior coaches and Scrum Masters in guiding delivery teams to adopt and improve agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Help teams understand and apply agile principles to enhance their performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Assist with facilitating key agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring these events are productive, collaborative, and valuable.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Encourage and help teams reflect on their performance, identifying areas for improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration and open communication within delivery teams, ensuring that teams are working effectively together and that any issues are raised and addressed.
  • Assist in Agile Metrics Tracking: Help monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for agile teams, such as velocity, lead time, and cycle time, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coaching and Learning: Actively learn from senior coaches and mentors, observing best practices, shadowing experienced agile coaches, and gradually taking on more coaching responsibilities over time.
  • Support Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with engaging product owners, team members, and stakeholders, helping to align priorities and expectations and ensure teams have the support they need to succeed.
  • Promote Agile Culture: Assist in cultivating a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation across delivery teams and within the wider organization.
What you bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • At least 1-2 years of experience working in agile teams or environments (can include internship, junior roles, or project work).
    • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
    • Experience in software development or project management is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
    • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
    • A passion for learning and growing within the agile coaching space.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent) or the willingness to pursue such certifications.
  • Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
 
The pay range for this position is between $55,000 - $70,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
