What You’ll Do
- Build and ship AI-powered automations that improve efficiency and eliminate manual work
- Translate business problems into practical, working AI-driven solutions
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate using modern AI tools
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutions over time
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through automation
- Balance speed and quality—moving quickly while ensuring solutions are usable and effective
What You’ve Done
- Experience using AI tools beyond basic prompting or “consulting” them
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable automations and workflows leveraging AI
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and incorporate them into your work
- Shown that you can take something from idea → working output
- Evidence of moving quickly and shipping work (projects, experiments, tools, etc.)
- (Nice to have) Exposure to business problems, operations, or stakeholder-driven work
- (Nice to have) Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
