Who we’re looking for:
As an Analyst in Revenue Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our Revenue Operations team by developing and delivering data-driven insights to improve the performance of our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining reports and dashboards, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable recommendations that contribute to our growth within the education technology sector.

This role will include:
- Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, including sales performance, marketing channel effectiveness, customer retention, and churn rates.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Translate data findings into clear and concise insights for relevant teams.
- CRM Data Management & Support: Work with the Revenue Operations Systems team to understand and utilize our CRM (primarily HubSpot, with potential Salesforce exposure) to extract data for reporting and analysis. Support data integrity initiatives within the CRM.
- Process Support: Collaborate with the teams to analyze data, identify potential bottlenecks, and contribute to efforts to streamline processes.
- Reporting Automation: Assist in the automation of reporting processes and contribute to the development of centralized dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant data and insights.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in reporting and analysis. Identify and help resolve data discrepancies.
- Ad-hoc Reporting & Analysis: Fulfill ad-hoc data requests from various teams to support their operational and strategic needs.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a reporting and analytics role, preferably in the software or technology sector. Experience in the education technology industry is a plus.
- Strong experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM reporting and dashboarding functionalities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data and a basic understanding of how these functions contribute to revenue.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Geckoboard) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and a desire to improve data processes.
- An interest in the education technology industry and its impact.
