Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Americas Market Group Analytics & Insights Partners to support data operations and insights generation for daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover insights related to products, channels, customers, shoppers, and members, driving informed business strategies.
  • Improve SQL data pipelines and AI processes to improve automation, data accuracy, and reporting consistency throughout the portfolio of deliverables.
  • Support and strengthen the data and insights capabilities across the Americas, developing tools and processes for the team and the business to leverage at scale.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, eCommerce) to ensure that data products support their evolving business needs.
  • Measure and report on Key success indicators, ensuring the team’s work is aligned with commercial goals and drives substantial impact.
  • Collaborate with the Global Analytics & Insights Enablement team to systematize and productionize data products and recurring insights generation.

Play your part in our team succeeding
Reporting directly to Head of Americas Analytics and Insights (A&I), you will collaborate closely with the enablement and data science teams to elevate data pipelines and business intelligence tools. You will be responsible for supporting Americas data product operations, finding opportunities for improvement, and enabling stronger commercial decisions through data-driven processes.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Hands-on experience with analytics or data focused problems.
  • Strong commercial competence to convert data into business impact and steer commercial decisions.
  • A developing ability in analytics tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, AI, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau).
  • Detailed and structured analytical problem-solving skills capable of conducting root cause analysis.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics concisely and clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to embed data-driven system thinking in a project setting.
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate curiosity in all areas.

This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $66,019.00 - $99,029.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
