Job Description
Are you commercially minded and data-driven, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our growing Global LEGO® Retail Promotions team as a Marketing Promotions Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in analyzing promotional performance and shaping strategies that drive commercial success.

**This is a temporary position with a duration of approximately 10 months based on business needs. **

Core Responsibilities 
  • Lead After-Action Reviews for global and regional promotions: collect, structure, and analyze promotional performance data to uncover commercial and shopper insights 
  • Translate data into insights: go beyond reporting to tell compelling stories about what worked, what didn’t, and why—supporting future promotional strategy 
  • Create and evolve self-service dashboards to empower the global team across EMEA, AMS, APAC and China 
  • Support weekly retail sales reporting with clear promotional narratives and detailed KPIs, helping leaders make faster, better decisions 
  • Collaborate across teams: act as the central insight bridge between Global Promotions, our Loyalty, Analytics & Insights, Data Science teams, and local marketing teams. 
  • Help build foundational data infrastructure to support long-term promotional analytics scalability 
  • Support test & learn initiatives: help validate promotional mechanisms and targeting strategies using A/B testing or statistical models

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join our strong and growing Global LEGO Retail Promotions team, as our Promotions Analytics & Insights Manager. You will play a pivotal role in applying data and analytics to forecast and evaluate promotional performance, helping to refine strategies that maximise commercial impact. Your insights will shape the offers and experiences we bring to life across LEGO.com and LEGO Retail Stores, supporting a promotional plan that’s both engaging and revenue-driven. 

Do you have what it takes? 
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or commercial insights 
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI (or Tableau with strong willingness to shift to Power BI) 
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel 
  • Proven ability to turn complex datasets into actionable, commercial insights 
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in storytelling through data 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage competing deadlines 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or related field or equivalent professional experience 

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in D2C, retail promotions, or consumer goods 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, R, or Python 
  • Strong collaboration skills across time zones and functions 
  • Commercially minded – comfortable connecting insights to revenue and customer behavior

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
