Highlights

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and HCM Data Loader solutions.

  • Support system optimizations, quarterly updates, and feature adoption in Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot production issues for UHR and Payroll departments.

  • Provide subject matter and technical expertise to junior staff.

  • Required skills include Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, SQL, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), PeopleTools, and software SDLC understanding.

  • Preferred experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM modules, Eclipse, CVS, JIRA, Confluence, and Unix scripting.

  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft Query and Reporting, Process Scheduler, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years technical experience, including 3 years with Oracle HCM applications.

  • Salary range: $108,147 to $165,471, with final offer based on qualifications and market factors.

  • Full-time position with standard 37.5 working hours, eligible for hybrid work arrangement.
