The role involves providing advanced IT engineering support and leadership for all campus partners and departments, supporting rollouts and ongoing maintenance of electronic work order systems, and offering technical expertise to manage modern "Smart Buildings" and related systems.

Knowledge of enterprise system and application administration.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, PHP, C/C++, Perl, BASH, Powershell), and networking protocols (TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP).
Experience with CBORD’s CS-Gold application and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like FM: Systems.
Basic programming knowledge of DDC controllers and communication protocols such as BacNet, Lon, and Siemens.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
