ServiceNow is a cloudbased platform used by organizations to manage IT services and automate business workflows. It helps teams handle incidents, service requests, and changes efficiently through a single system. Apprentices will gain handson exposure to enterprise IT service management tools

About the Role

As a Junior ServiceNow Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operation, Quality assurance and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform within our organization. This role is an entry-level position, offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in platform administration, Quality assurance, and support. You will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to assist in platform configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. Additionally, you will contribute to data management, reporting, and platform optimization efforts under the guidance of experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 support for products, applications, & processes on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Participate in the agile development process for the ServiceNow platform. Learn to implement minor enhancements and defect fixes to improve platform functionality.

  • Create reports, metrics, and dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and other reporting tools.

  • Perform general platform administration tasks, including configuration management database (CMDB) maintenance, user access management, and system configurations.

  • Monitor and support data imports and integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

  • Validation of enhancements as needed

  • Assist in semi-annual platform upgrades and quarterly patching activities. Collaborate with the upgrade team to plan, test, and execute platform upgrades while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in bachelor's or master's degree programs in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science.

  • Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Must meet requirements under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and be registered on the NATS portal.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in India.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time apprenticeship from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to support meetings with global teams in different time zones.
