Posting Summary  | This position serves as a senior leader within the College, responsible for strategic financial management, human resources oversight, and operational leadership. The role ensures fiscal integrity through the development of quarterly financial statements, budget monitoring, revenue and expense forecasting, and variance analysis. It oversees all aspects of budget preparation, salary analysis, and resource allocation, while managing procurement, grants administration, and space reporting.

In human resources, provide guidance on policy interpretation, personnel actions, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Oversee faculty recruitment for tenure and non-tenure positions, ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and collaborate with academic leadership on labor relations and employment processes. Additionally, the role acts as a strategic partner on college-wide initiatives, offering financial and HR expertise to support the college and/or institution’s mission and objectives.

Supervise a team of professionals across finance and HR functions, oversee clinical education contracting and data infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field and at least 5 years professional experience working with large complex budgets, financials, and general business administration to include contracting/procurement and Human Resources management.
Desirable Qualifications  | Individuals with experience in Higher Education administration.
Anticipated Pay Range  | $110,000 - $136,000
