Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, 5 years experience, and an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, Certified Nurse Educator credential, experience with NCLEX preparation, tutoring program management, data analytics, and nursing program accreditation involvement.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, student information systems, learning management systems (Canvas), Navigate, and related educational technologies is required.
