  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, 5 years experience, and an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license.

  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, Certified Nurse Educator credential, experience with NCLEX preparation, tutoring program management, data analytics, and nursing program accreditation involvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, student information systems, learning management systems (Canvas), Navigate, and related educational technologies is required.

  • Salary range is approximately $77,919 to $114,989 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
