Use data, CRM systems (preferably Slate), marketing automation, and enrollment analytics to guide strategy and improve prospective student experience.
Require a master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including leadership in recruitment at an AACSB-accredited business school.
Demonstrate strong skills in communication, marketing, project management, and team leadership.
Salary range between $117,000 and $130,000, based on qualifications and department budget.
Must have evening availability and the ability to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally as needed.
