Serve as the primary liaison for system-wide financial aid compliance at Purdue University, managing all aspects of student aid policy with collaboration input and limited supervision direction from the Associate Director. As a key member of the Division of Financial Aid’s leadership management team, coordinate daily operations related to compliance by distributing policy updates, facilitating meetings, and communicating regulatory information to staff to ensure consistent university-wide alignment.
This role is responsible for researching and resolving policy-related issues, assists with the publication of DFA manuals to ensure policies remain current and comprehensive, and manages documentation for annual audits. Additionally, you will design and deliver staff training focused on regulatory compliance, supporting both the ongoing development of team knowledge and the university’s commitment to best practices in financial aid administration.

What We Are Looking For :
Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- B.A./B.S.
- Minimum of +6 years of professional experience in an administrative setting.
- A strong background in regulatory compliance, internal or external auditing, and familiarity with relevant standards, policies, and reporting requirements.
Skills needed:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and an excellent ability to communicate effectively orally and through email with a wide-ranging group of students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert familiarity with technical programs (such as software or virtual meetings) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
