Manage career management platforms to support engagement of students, employers, faculty/staff, and alumni.

Support departmental initiatives including annual reporting, career fairs, and strategic planning.

Required technical skills include proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, survey administration, and complex data analysis.

Qualifications: Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Higher Education, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

Preferred experience includes working in higher education career centers and familiarity with Handshake or similar systems.

Reports to the Director for Employer Partnerships and Assessment; works within the Employer Relations team of the Center for Career and Leadership Development.
