University of Alabama is hiring an Assistant Director Fraternity and Sorority Life. The role advises Greek Council officers and chapter leaders while helping shape student leaders across the university's fraternity and sorority community. As primary advisor to the Interfraternity Council, this person plans major council events and oversees Greek-specific health and wellbeing initiatives.

Advise Interfraternity Council officers, chapter presidents, and chapter leadership teams.
Plan major council events including recruitment, convocation, and new member education.
Develop and coordinate educational programs tied to fraternity and sorority learning outcomes.
Oversee Greek-specific health and wellbeing initiatives across the community.
Serve as liaison between the Fraternity and Sorority Life office and campus health and wellbeing partners.
Support a community of over 70 chapters and more than 13,000 student members.
Bachelor's degree and four years of fraternity and sorority life experience, or a Master's degree and two years.
Undergraduate membership in a Greek-letter organization is strongly preferred.
