Auburn University is hiring an Assistant Director, NIL Graphic Design & Branding. This role drives creative development for Auburn Athletics' NIL events by designing and delivering brand-compliant graphics and promotional materials that enhance student-athlete visibility, fundraising, and fan engagement while collaborating with event and marketing teams.
Highlights
Create innovative graphic design and branding solutions for NIL activations, fundraising banquets, student-athlete experiences, and donor events.
Maintain and apply Auburn Athletics’ brand identity standards across all NIL-related creative assets.
Collaborate with NIL Events & Strategic Initiatives staff to produce creative content that supports marketing and communication strategies.
Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and manage digital media and social media graphics.
Travel to events as needed to support NIL initiatives.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 3 years, or High School Diploma with 5 years in graphic design, messaging, and branding.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills necessary to work with diverse stakeholders.
Employment status is full-time with contract-based salary.
Part of Auburn Athletics and War Eagle Creative, supporting the NIL Events & Strategic Initiatives unit.
