| Job Summary/Basic Function | The Assistant Director of Admissions provides elevated operational and strategic leadership in support of Weber State University’s recruitment and enrollment goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment & Outreach, this position leads key recruitment communication strategies, oversees assigned recruitment territories, supports program assessment, and mentors recruitment staff on best practices for enrollment funnel management, communication cadence, and territory development. This role serves as a critical bridge between strategic recruitment planning and day-to-day execution. The incumbent collaborates closely with Marketing, CRM leadership, Campus Events & Engagement, and cross-campus stakeholders to ensure that communication plans, recruitment initiatives, and enrollment strategies align with institutional priorities and segmented student populations. The position also supports continuous improvement of the overall recruitment program through data analysis, performance assessment, and strategic recommendations. This role collaborates with the ambassador and campus visit teams to ensure recruiters and ambassadors are aligned on high school visits. |
